The Compact 8 HD is perfect for who wants a removable, integrated navigation tool, suitable for boats that need a medium-sized chartplotter.
The high-resolution 16: 9 screen with video input allows you to view images from an external camera (machine room control, etc.) or watch a DVD using the WSVGA high resolution LCD perfectly visible to the sun.
It can be installed on a quick release bracket, also feeding it through the cigarette lighter socket for total mobility of the navigation instrument. Thanks to the high degree of impermeability this instrument is suitable for external applications even during the hardest navigation conditions.
